Situated on the white sandy beaches of Freeport in the Bahamas. Units available are hotel, studio, one or two bed room (sleeping four, four, four or six respectively) most have kitchen & all have air con & telephone. On site facilities include a swimming pool, health club, gymnasium, playground, snack bar, restaurant & live entertainment. In the Ocean by the beautiful beach you can go deep sea diving, jet ski, scuba dive or sail.

There is a shuttle service available from Xanadu Beach Resort & Marina which will take you to Port Lucaya & Freeport where you will find some restaurants, nightlife & a shopping mall. Within the vicinity of the resort there is a golf course, horse riding, a casino, medical centre & grocery store. Freeport airport is just 5 miles from the resort.

Xpu-Ha Palace

Situated in 38 acres of land in Quintana Roo in Mexico & belongs to the Palace Resort Group. Units available are hotel type & sleep two people, all have air con & telephone. The area is a mixture of jungle, lawns & botanical gardens which feature native trees & exuberant flowers. The resort requires a mandatory fully inclusive fee which is payable at the time of booking. On site facilities include a swimming pool, children’s pool, whirlpool/hot tub, gymnasium, health club, playground, car rental, medical center, golf course, restaurant & live entertainment. On the beach there are windsurfing facilities & scuba diving can also be arranged with the resort.

Xpu-Ha Palace has a lot to offer with many arranged site seeing excursions, the use of the other Palace Resorts in the area, cycles to ride around the resort along with a jungle trail where you will see iguanas, monkeys & gecko’s. The resort also has a daily activity programme for children & adults. The fully inclusive service is phenomenal but should you wish to venture out of the resort there are several restaurants in the area & a grocery store. The nearest airport to the resort is Cancun International which is 55 miles.
